Service Area The service area for the Lower Nehalem Community Trust includes all of the area drained by the North Fork of the Nehalem River, the area drained by the main stem of the Nehalem River to the ridge line just south of where Highway 26 crosses the Coast Range, and the area north along the coast up to the northern edge of Oswald State Park.
