A great way to get started may be to visit our headquarters at Alder Creek Farm, or attend one of our work parties. Our upcoming work parties are listed under News & Events. Current Volunteer Needs Vosburg Creek Plant & Bird Monitors: What an exciting time to explore this beautiful place! We are doing baseline monitoring so as to understand the effects of our restoration efforts down the road. Plant and bird ID skills a plus. Fundraising Committee Members: We thrive through the generosity of our donors. This committee is currently developing a five year fundraising plan to diversity our funding sources and ensure the stability and health of the organization in perpetuity. Do you have experience in fundraising, or simply interest? We arte seeking 1-2 new Committee Members. Harvest Celebration Planners: This annual event held this year on Saturday, October 13 takes a lot of planning to pull off. We are looking for 3-4 volunteers to help organize this year's event. Work Party Volunteers: We hold work parties in our garden every Wednesday and in our natural areas the first Saturday of every month. Our upcoming work parties are listed under News & Events.
